Description:
**Key Responsibilities**

1) Implementing project kick-offs by compiling project packs for manufacturing after purchase orders are issued, contributing to the smooth and efficient initiation of manufacturing projects.

2) Material Procurement: Purchasing and following up with materials, ensuring that the necessary resources are available to support manufacturing operations and project requirements.

3) Project Tracking: Engage in project tracking and monitoring, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met according to project timelines.

4) Quality Control Assistance: Before sending in-process parts to sub-suppliers or customers, the Junior Technical Coordinator will be required to ensure that all parts have been accurately measured and inspected by the machinist to meet quality requirements and standards.

5) Administration of documents: Ensuring all documents are sent with shipments where required and also kept on record.

7) Data Capturing: Providing support with data capturing as needed, contributing to the accurate documentation and recording of vital information for operational and reporting purposes.

8) General other administrative duties where required to assist management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Matric
- Attention to detail, good and neat paperwork organisational skills and be able to use own initiative.

Please note that as this is a temporary position, the salary advertised is the total cost to company per month.

**Salary**: R8,500.00 per month
