We are seeking a passionate, skilled & experienced S**pa Receptionist** who embodies exceptional five-star guest experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming and attending to guests’ needs, managing telephonic bookings, verifying guests' payment methods, administrative & ad-hoc duties. **Main Duties / Responsibilities**:
**OPERATIONAL**
- Perform all reception duties within the spa - meeting, greeting and attending to all needs of the guests
- First point of contact for the spa
- Ensure smooth guest bookings
- Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products
- Take all guest requests and take full responsibility to ensure that it is actioned in a timely manner.
- Uphold and maintain cleanliness of the reception and spa areas at all times
- Assist with telephonic and walk-in bookings.
- Well-groomed and professional
- Requirements
- Preferable grade 12 Certificate
- 4/5* Hotel experience
- Well spoken
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to work independently and to adapt to changing conditions
- Computer literate
