Minimum Requirements:

- Grade 12
- Minimum two[2] years’ Toyota Service Advisor Experience
- Excellent references
- Driver’s License
- No Criminal Record
- Excellent Communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Create outstanding confidence in the service offered by our dealership by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customer and members of the public
- Receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings
- Maximize service sales and profitability by selling core, value added and incremental products
- Facilitate the efficient operation of the workshop through the avoidance of non-revenue or diversionary activities idle time and poor technician/operative utilization
- Ensure customers awareness of all products and services available by professional presentation and demonstration.
- Professionally sell additional products, services and repair work as appropriate to customers’ needs
- Advice customers of precise and where appropriate, estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
- Advise on predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
- Communicate effectively both in person and by telephone so as to keep all customers fully advised as to the progress of repairs and services
- Document all warranty work as per manufacturer’s requirements and dealership policy.
- Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy
- Ensure all cash sales are charged and money collected on completion of work. In the event of cash not being collected, liaise with Service/Aftersales Manager to obtain authority to release vehicles.
- Any other duties as and when required by senior company managers that are reasonably within the capability of the person and are aimed at achieving the company’s objectives and goals
- Responsible for checking, verifying and processing car warranty forms and handle the receiving and shipping of automotive parts and contact customers to ensure satisfaction

- Toyota service advisor: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Code 8 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
