Our client in the Property Investment industry is looking for a Conveyancing Liaison to join their dynamic team in the Northern Suburbs in Cape Town

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role
- Conveyancing course or Paralegal diploma would be an advantage
- Must have development transfers experience
- Lexis Convey experience is essential
- Must have at least 5 years of transfer experience from a reputable law firm
- Be able to work independently, efficiently, and speedily
- Attention to detail
