Our company needs a reliable, organized Branch Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, determination, and excellent communication skills. **Minimum Requirements**:

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Learns quickly and able to change in fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Own reliable transport
- Matric Certificate

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling of client appointments
- General office clerk duties and errands in associated with the Branch
- Administrate and manage the cash drawer daily
- Facilitate client payments at the branch as well as any client account enquiries
- Provide client support
- Adherence to all policies and procedures
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Experience as an administrator with an operational background or similar position will be to your advantage.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
