Ability to read, understand, and work from manufacturing drawings and schematics, bills of materials, and technical diagrams, to build cables and wire harness assemblies.

Perform high quality repairs and modifications to cable assemblies ensuring high first pass yield and efficiency.

Ensure that all work is performed in the right manner the first time to avoid and minimize rework, quality rejects, and late shipments to customers.

Must show proficiency in usage of basic hand tools, cutters, wire strippers, hand crimpers, soldering iron and heat gun.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational requirement is matric.
- Previous experience as assembler or job in similar environment.
- IPCS certificate an advantage. (IPC-WHMA-A-620, Requirements and Acceptance for Cable/Wire Harness Assemblies.)
- Must have unendorsed drivers licence.
- Must be prepared to work overtime on occasions.

- High School (matric) (required)
