SITE AGENT

LOCATION: (SITE BASED) LIMPOPO - MUSINA

**Job Type**: 15 MONTHS

**About the Role**:
We are seeking for a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to join our team. The Site Age will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve the required project delivery to the customer’s objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, Quality, Environmental Impact, and cost Control.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing onsite activities in residential, industrial and commercial projects.
- Ensuring construction works are organized, and workers have the required resources.
- Monitoring and directing the project execution to completion.
- Working alongside contractors and subcontractors to make sure building contracts are carried out on schedule.
- Organizing work and making sure key building materials are delivered on schedule.
- Managing the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control

**Qualifications**
- Degree or National Diploma in any of the following

(Civil, engineering, Project Management

Building and construction Management,NQF Level 6 SACPCMP AND ECSA
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Hold drivers Licence
- Certified Qualifications and ID copy

Ability to Commute:

- Musina, Limpopo (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Musina, Limpopo: Relocate before starting work (required)
