Your role would encompass various responsibilities related to developing and promoting five different brands in the plastics sector. You will possess a tertiary qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience promoting brands.

Role Profile
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each of the five plastic product brands. These strategies should align with the overall business objectives and target specific customer segments.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this data to identify growth opportunities and position the brands effectively.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product development team to assist in the creation of new plastic products. Provide marketing insights and consumer feedback to guide the development of products that meet customer needs and preferences.
- Brand Positioning and Messaging: Develop unique selling propositions for each brand and create compelling brand messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, trade shows, and print media. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing materials, product information, and sales tools that aid in selling plastic products effectively.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for each brand, ensuring that resources are allocated wisely to achieve the best possible return on investment.
- Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, design elements, and brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
- Industry Networking: Stay informed about the plastic products industry, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders to gain a competitive edge and identify potential partnerships.
- Innovation and Creativity: Encourage a culture of innovation within the marketing and product development teams. Seek creative solutions and ideas to differentiate the brands and gain a competitive advantage.
- Consumer Feedback: Establish channels for collecting customer feedback and use it to continuously improve products and marketing strategies.
