About the Role:
We are looking to employ a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners and ensuring the smooth administrative processes of our practice. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, with a specific focus on ensuring client tasks are processed efficiently and administrative operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Think critically and to streamline administrative processes.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Grade 12 Senior Certificate or Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services administrative role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS365.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Highly organized and possess strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
