Maintenance Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Maintenace Coordinator to work with the Engineering team to ensure an efficient maintenance of the facility.. Assist the Plant Engineer in leading the Maintenance Team and ensuring the effective functioning of the maintenance department.

**Responsibilities**
- Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders
- Maintain parts inventory
- Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks
- Estimate costs of labour and parts for industrial equipment
- Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
- Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals 12- week cycle
- Manage SAP PM, ordering and PO’s
- Any reasonable tasks required by Plant Engineer

**Key Skills**:

- Ability to work at a very fast pace,
- Analytical and accurate,
- Strong knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes, bakery preferred,
- Attention to detail,
- Sense of urgency,
- Must be able to handle pressure,
- Good problem-solving skills,
- Good decision-making skills,

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering technical Diploma/N-Diploma
- Preferably Mechanical.
- Technical background with spares, stores and purchasing
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- CMMS Super user experience. e.g., SAP/Maximo/Pragma.
- Experience in Purchasing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
