The Future Leaders Programme is a streamlined 18-month rotational programme that will focus on building leadership capabilities

**Responsibilities**- Agronomists with exposure in agronomy (fertilization, seed production, commercial etc.) and potato production recommended, exposed to farming practices, ability to forge relationships with farmers- 5 years progressive experience, led a team or a project- Entrepreneurial spirit, research and analysis mindset,can interret results, planning & organizing- Presentation skills- Influencing & persuading- Showing initiative- Assertive, strong interpersonal skills - ability to forge relationships with farmers- This role does require travel

**Qualifications**
- BSC in Agriculture, BSC Honours in Agronomy (preferred)
