As an Associate Stormwater Engineer in our Water Resources team, you will play an integral role in leading and growing our stormwater team as well as providing technical and specialist analysis and design support in the area of stormwater drainage, hydrology and flood management for a wide range of infrastructure projects including road, rail and urban development.
This is a role primarily, although not exclusively, focussed on Australia and New Zealand projects and providing senior oversight and support to our Australia and New Zealand based water infrastructure teams as well as elsewhere in the world, as may be required.

+ Work in an engaging, flexible and collaborative way with multi-disciplinary teams in Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere in the world.
+ Develop strategic internal and external client relationships.
+ Assists with proposals and participates in the development of bids and technical write-up for proposals.
Key technical competencies
**The successful applicant will be required to undertake**:
+ Hydrological analysis of storm rainfall
+ Hydrological and hydraulic analysis of catchment runoff and watercourses
+ Hydraulic modelling and design of stormwater reticulation systems, culverts, erosion protection and other flood control structures
+ Water sensitive urban design for water quality control
+ Preparation of project specifications, bill of quantities and tender documentation
+ Stormwater master planning and flood risk assessments
Minimum Requirements
+ 15 years in a similar role
+ Experienced in hydrological studies, hydraulic analysis and design of stormwater drainage infrastructure such as culverts and bridges
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
+ BTech, or equivalent
+ PrTechEng to be achieved in 6 months
