**3 years experience in Exporting documents to Namibia**
- Receive invoices and making copies
- Declaration of road transport documents using **Easy Clear programme**
- Declaration of road transport documents using **Assycuda (Namibia)**
- Submitting border documents to SARS customs
- Generate and print the manifest - make sure all VAT payments, permits etc is correct and complete before the driver leave the depot
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing all the border documents for the drivers
- Handling all queries regarding clearing of documentation
- Sort out queries if the drivers get stopped at the borders
- Make sure that all the documents corresponds with the manifest before you give the papers to the drivers
- Assist with answering phones
- Any other duties related to this position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chloorkop, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
