Warranty Clerk

Our Dealership in Brackenfell has a vacancy for an **experienced** Warranty Clerk, who will be responsible for the following:
1. First time approval on warranty claims

2. Costings

3. Assisting the Service Advisor in dealing with customers

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Available immediately

2. Prior Dealership experience - Min of 4-5 years

3. Excellent knowledge of warranty procedures

4. Good computer skills - Microsoft (various packages), Evolve & IAL (preferred but not essential)

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Driver’s license

**Experience**:

- Warranty Claims - Motor Industry: 4 years (required)
