Receptionist / Admin Clerk

**Job Duties**:
- Responsible for ensuring Reception effectively & efficiently managed.
- Provide visitors and staff with a positive first impression.
- Answering, transferring telephone calls, and transcribing telephonic messages.
- Updating internal telephone directory
- Welcoming visitors.
- Receiving parcel deliveries.
- General administration, reconciliation, photo copying and filing.
- Coordinate visitors entering the TTM factory
- Coordinate cleaning activities (area allocation, activity assignment, and inspection).
- Manage boardroom and training room meeting schedules
- Creating folders, scanning serial numbers and delivery notes
- Adding order documents
- Sorting all materials certification
- Printing welding procedures
Printing and managing serial numbers and job cards documents
- Issue and keep record of office consumables (stationery, detergents, prepared water etc)
- Check the maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Keep record of basic kitchen and canteen groceries and report on consumption
- Coordinate office hygiene contractors (Scheduling and booking)
- Supervising cleaner’s daily and monthly checklists
- Manage the faults in change rooms, toilets, plumbers etc.
- Filling of PO ‘s and DN’s
- Capturing of daily production figures
- Looking at skips, arrange for waste management skips
- Capturing of stock take counts
- Complete any tasks that may arise as instructed by your manager within reason
