Briefer/ Debriefer

Our large and well established client based in Kraaifontein is seeking a Briefer/ Debriefer to ensure the timeous delivery of loads.

- Tertiary qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management advantageous
- Previous working experience in a similar role within the supply chain, transport or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Work independently and without supervision
- Self-driven, multitask and excellent interaction skills
- Be willing to work flexible hours
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Tracking - on route monitoring
- Monitoring of route progress
- Loading & Offloading (Driver brief and de-brief)
- Maximum utilization of vehicles, planning of loads, routes, and fuel.
- Ensure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal requirements
- Accident / Incident investigation and submission of all documentation.
- Administrative duties and Document control.
- Solving queries and problem-solving
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.
