**JOB PURPOSE**:
To create graphics and visual images for the CETA communication campaigns, ensuring brand uniformity. The graphics and visual images will be placed on all CETA communication platforms.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.
- Creating images and layouts by using design software/s.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and or marketing campaign.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Produce final designs aligned with the CI manual.
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand (In alignment with the CETA CI manual)
- Testing graphics across various media
- Provide administrative support to the marketing unit.
- Provide reports as and when needed.
- Support and provide evidence to all internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintain quality risk management standards in line with relevant requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, policies and Standard Operating Procedures throughout the organisation.
- Contribute to the review and update of the departmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure all work performed is backed up regularly as per ICT policies onto the CETA electronic servers.
- Build and maintain relationships with all CETA business units for the purposes of expectations management and knowledge sharing.
- Provide advocacy on matters related to CI manual and design. Make informed recommendations.
- Represent and participate in the organisation’s committees and tasks teams when required.
- Implement timeous communication on progress and challenges in achieving the tactical work plans.
- Attend and address all internal stakeholder queries timeously and effectively.
- Attendance to development workshops and interventions as per agreed Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Timeous submission of performance agreements and reviews.

**DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES**
- Highest qualification in Graphic design or other relevant qualifications.
- experience in graphic design.
- Good understanding of design software.
- Good understanding of social media.
- MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
