We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns predominantly in the USA market.
You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, maximizing revenue, and achieving ROI targets. **Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute performance media buys with existing and new partners.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve campaign performance, including ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve targets.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to negotiate and optimize media buying opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, industry developments, and best practices in performance marketing to continually optimize and enhance campaign performance.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and presenting findings to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page assets that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Media Buyer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, native advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience in implementing optimization experiments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Salary**: R10,605.79 - R28,067.71 per month
