Procurement Senior Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
**Will include but not be limited to, the following**:
Supervision of the procurement activities and performance of all staff.
Control the receipt and dispatch of raw material to ensure that all stock items are always Interact with management, production supervisors and other staff regarding materials requirements, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
Reconcile the raw material and packaging movement daily and report on variances.
Track and monitor variances of raw material and packaging used in all production departments.
Liaise with the production and buyer to resolve the stock variances.
Manage the storage areas in line with the food safety policy, e.g. allergen management, FIFO
Monitor and improve the raw material and packaging inventory control processes.
Utilizing labour, machines, and equipment effectively and efficiently.
Completion of the relevant documentation.
Signoff of employee clocking registers and completion of the attendance register.
Responsible for waste control.
Adherence to ISO 22000 standards and procedures, GMP’s, PRP’s, audits and inspections.
Maintaining and upholding of hygiene/safety standards.

**Requirements**:
Relevant qualification in supply chain/logistics/inventory management.
Food safety and quality management qualification/training certificates (HACCP/ ISO 22000).
Minimum of five years’ experience and knowledge of raw material and packaging inventory and stock movement.
Knowledge on 20 Keys Operational Excellence program.
Good housekeeping and communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime and public holidays as and when required.
Ability to work independently.
Disciplined, honest and reliable.
Leadership skills and hands on style of management.
Self-starter, motivated and independent worker.
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
