Karri Payments is on a mission to revolutionize the way schools and parents handle payments and collections. We are seeking a highly motivated House Accounts Manager to join our team and help us take our school payment collection service to the next level.

As the House Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving Karri towards its growth targets, by becoming the key point of contact for our small-to-midsize clients (or “House Accounts”). In this role, you’ll be tasked with building and cultivating long-standing relationships, responding to all in-bound queries, and embedding the right systems and processes to drive an effective function. In addition you will be required to work collaboratively on complex problems with teams from multiple functions, including sales, product and engineering, and customer services.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support Karri in meeting its ambitious growth targets, by becoming the single point-of-contact for our Karri house account organisations.
- Co-develop the systems, processes and tools to effectively manage and grow the relationship between Karri and our House Account organisations
- Respond effectively and timeously to all in-bound house account queries, supported by a deep understanding of the Karri product and system
- Work collaboratively with our account management, customer support and engineering functions to resolve complex customer issues or requests

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify and execute on growth opportunities within the house account portfolio, supporting organisations in launching new collections and new categories
- Co-develop product solutions to resolve high-priority issues where required (including new product features)
- Assess operational performance on a periodic basis and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

**Qualities**:

- Bachelors degree or diploma
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Experience in managing and maintaining customer relationships preferred
- Experience in educational or financial services sector preferred
