**Responsibilities include**:

- Working to meet daily and weekly targets
- Negotiating suitable payment arrangements with customers
- Using your listening and influencing skills
- Using the knowledge, you have acquired to negotiate effectively with confidence
- Adhere to all the relevant contact regulations, client, and company requirements in all interactions with customers

**Position Requirements**
- Minimum 1 Year international experience (Customer Care experience advantageous)
- Speak in a clear neutral accent
- Fluent in English
- High energy levels
- A great attitude & a willingness to learn
- Target driven
- Good customer service skills
- Be tenacious, adaptable & resilient
- Stay motivated and energetic in a target driven environment
- Work well with your team in order to achieve the relevant targets

**Working Hours**

International hours

**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- International Call Centre: 1 year (required)
