Duties and responsibilities:

- Checking patient medical aid benefits
- Obtaining medical aid authoritization
- Diary management/appointment taking
- Sending of invoices to patients
- Patient record keeping/updating
- General administration

Skills and experience:
2 years experience in dental/medical admin and receptionist.
Must have experience with office outlook, word, excel sheet and social media. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to speak English.
Must be an honest and loyal individual who is willing to grow with us as we expand.
Must have reliable transportation in the bluff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R6,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Strictly one patient allowed at the surgery at a time. No person is allowed without a mask. Temperatures are checked at the door/hands sanitized. PPE provided for every staff member.
