Minimum requirements:

- Relevant Tertiary Bcom Degree
- 4+ years working within the same or similar role
- Pharmaceutical industry experience would e a bonus but not a must
- Excellent numerical skills and accounting knowledge (Debtors, Creditors and Recons)
- Excellent administration skills and must be exceptional with follow-ups
- Knowledge of trade agreements
- Ability to understand, interpret and communicate with data a. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and experience in using Qlikview or Power BI (Developer skills not required0
- Self-started and go-getter type of person
- Accuracy and precision orientated

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Administration and maintenance of Pharmaceutical Supplier Contracts and Register
- Ensure contracts are in place for all suppliers
- Ensure trading terms are in place and correct
- Continuously obtaining updated logistic fee schedules from suppliers
- Ensuring that BI database is updated with correct logistic fees
- Ensuring that BI database is updated with correct marketing company
- Quality Assurance of BI database and inventory setup aligned with logistic fees
- Monthly back-end reconciling of income against BI database
- Following up on discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness of fee income
- Inter-departmental liaison and coordination and support (Supplier changes, debtors and creditors, inventory management, BI)
- Monthly reports to calculate and reconcile income of external clients
