**The main purpose of this role is to monitor and manage a team of sales agents.**

Duties & Responsibilities

Effectively manage a team with regards to
- Attendance
- Meeting Targets
- Time Keeping/Talk Time
- Productivity - Compliance
- Motivation of the team
- Promote diversity within the team
- Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
- Report any IT related issue to the campaign manager
- Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements
- Coaching and performance management of team members

Experience and requirements:

- Matric - certificate must be presented for validation
- Must have a minimum of 2 years team leader experience
- Must have at least two years outbound sales experience either as an agent or manager
- Must be eligible to be added to the Rep register
- Computer literate

**Salary**: To be discussed based on Experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
