Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand current trends and property values.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and investors.
- Draft and review real estate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Collaborate with mortgage officers, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and new developments in real estate.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build professional relationships and expand knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- A valid real estate license.
- Proven track record of successful sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of real estate principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large pipeline of clients.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Own Vehicle, laptop and smart phone

Preferred Qualifications:

- NQFL 5 in Real Estate

**Job Type**: Commission

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
