- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
- Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.

**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**
- Certificate or diploma in Office management or Secretarial duties. N. Diploma
- Sound MS Office Knowledge
- Valid Driver’s license
- Competencies: Organising ability, Attention to detail, strong Customer Service Orientation, Strong verbal, and Writing Skills, Attentive, Discretion and confidentiality. Intermediate Computer Literacy (Word, Excel and Power Point)
