**IT SUPPORT & DATA**
**ANALYST**

Design and monitor the organization’s ICT systems. Analyze project activities for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes.

**Salary: Market related - ** _dependant on experience and qualifications_
**Location: Remote working. Preferably based in Durban or Gauteng**

**Main Duties include**:

- Design, maintain, monitor and ensure that the organization’s ICT systems support business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Analyze project activities, outputs and outcomes from various relevant systems, to formulate statistics.
- Analyze statistical data and formulate reports using efficient tools and functions, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
- Provide regular feedback.
- Monitoring and evaluation of data platforms and Websites
- Maintain the Training Site, assist with queries and uploading of Training Material
- Stakeholder Engagements

**Criteria**:

- An appropriate 3-year Bachelor Degree / National Diploma in IT
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in relevant fields.
- Ability to improve and create effective and efficient procedures
- Plan, design and implement creative digital solutions
- Excel skills MUST be at an Advanced level with excellent typing. No chancers.
- Willing to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Responsible, loyal, honest and reliable.
- Able to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Able to work long hours voluntarily and with limited supervision
- Must have Uncapped, fast and reliable Fibre network at home
