A leading supplier and manufacturer company is seeking a Junior Draughtsman to join their team
POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric Solidworks Certification Mathematics Computer literacy
**Duties**:
Proficient in Solidworks (Producing parts / Drawing / dxf’s / assemblies / bill of materials) Proficient in sheet metal design. Understand machining processes. Assess new project and gather required specifications before proceeding with the design. Understand and implement fitting tolerances. Fair knowledge base of steels / metals and plastics, their properties and where and when to implement them. Liaise with suppliers / customers.
**Salary**: From R16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- SolidWorks (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Code 8 (preferred)
