We are looking for an energetic Airbnb Co-Host to join our team.

Your ability to clearly communicate in a friendly and professional manner is a vital skill required for this position.

The duties you will be required to perform are as follows**:

- Prepare, organise and store information.**
- Take all information received from maintenance & management and organize or file it accordingly
**- Document maintenance reports.**
- Get all maintenance reports throughout the day and document them accordingly
- Ensure that you receive all receipts for any purchases made and document these accordingly
- Keep all hard copies of invoices & receipts on file in an organised manner
**- Damage claims**
- You need to ensure that all damages are reported to management immediately and have all evidence recorded
- Submit all required damage claims on the booking platform in a timely manner
**- Invoice owners for purchases**
- Monthly invoices are to be created with all supporting documents indicating all maintenance and purchases
**- Guest communication**
- Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner for any information required from them
- Provide guests with all information they require before their stay starts
- You will need to set access codes for all guests before their check-in and provide them with these codes accordingly
- Assist guests with any queries they have during their stay
- Follow up with guests to ensure that they have everything they need and are having a 10/10 experience
**- Inventory inspection**
- Before and after each stay you will be required to do an inventory check and inspection to ensure that all items are still in each apartment and nothing is broken or damaged
**- Manage housekeepers**
- Work out a roster of who will work on which days and inform housekeepers accordingly in a timely manner
- Communicate with housekeepers on a daily basis throughout the day for anything that is needed
- Address any behavioural issues when needed in a professional manner
**- Inspections**
- After each cleaning done by the housekeepers, you will be required to do an inspection of the apartment and ensure that they did everything 100%
**- Managing All Guest Reviews and responses**
- After a guest has stayed with us you will be required to follow up with them on how their stay was
- Your goal will be to get guests to leave us a 10/10 review on the booking platform
- Ensure that you also review guests after their stay is over via the booking platform
- Respond to all guest reviews on the booking platforms

Please note that these are the basic requirements of this position but duties are not limited to only the above. You may be required to occasionally walk between two apartment buildings. (10-minute walk)
