**POSITION: HR INTERN**
**SITE**:Paarl**
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
This internship is aimed at learners who would like to pursue a career in Human Resource Management. The intern will follow a development plan aimed at providing training and experience working in the HR function.
**REPORTING TO: HR Generalist**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- HR relate administration and reporting
- Time and attendance management and administration
- Recruitment and selection
- Employee relations management
- Staff and performance management processes
- Learning and development administration and training facilication
**KEY COMPETENCE/SKILLS**
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Strong people skills
- Problem solving skills
- Conflict management skills
- Attention to detail
- Resilient
**REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**
- Matric/ Grade 12 is essential
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field is an advantage.
Computer literacy is essential
**Salary**: R5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
