Technical Assitant

**Learning the range of 7000 products from a hammer and drill bit to 3Dprinter, waser welder & engravers, TIG welder, cleaning equipment & more**

**Being able to help with computers & printer hardware, networking, CCTV camera's, software and more will be of great benefit.**

Provide technical assistance to customers and colleagues.

Assist technicians in handling routine customer issues.

Answer and respond to customer calls and messages.

Redirect customer calls to corresponding engineers and technicians.

Assist and support technicians in repairing electronic products and items.

Perform tests and repairs on electronic items, equipment and machinery.

Provide technical services to customers on time.

Keep abreast of the technical developments to provide excellent service to customers.

Adhere to corporate service standards in technical assistant functions.

We provide coaching training & have an existing repair department we wish to grow and empower all staff to deliver a high level of service

Deliveries, Collections and ad hoc chores on the road.

Be prepared to start at the bottom and work your way up and you learn.

You will be required to go for a Polygraph test - substance abuse, theft, previous work history & ethics will be checked.

**Salary**: R6,500.00 - R9,000.00 per month
