**Responsibilities**:

- New contract sales and up selling on upgrades
- Sim swops and handling customer queries
- Fibre sales
- Meet and exceed all sales targets
- Identify clients needs and respond to them
- Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Insure every customer receives the best customer service experience

**Requirements**:

- Energetic and good communication skills
- Have a confident and charismatic approach to people
- Have understanding and knowledge of the cellular industry
- Be able to work in and as a team
- Be tech savy
- Target driven
- Well organised
- Be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Be customer obsessed
- Computer literate

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parow, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
