**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and write creative, compelling and effective radio scripts that meets the marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with producers, account executives, programme manager and other team members to brainstorm, develop and refine ideas for radio campaigns.
Conduct research on target audience and competitors to understand the market landscape and ensure messaging is relevant and impactful.
Edit and proof read scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity and adherence to brand voice and style.
Participate in recording sessions and provide direction and feedback to VOAs, ensuring the delivery of high quality audio productions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behaviour and best practices in radio and adjust creative strategies accordingly.

**Experience/qualification/knowledge**:
Bachelors degree in communications, marketing and/or related field.
Three + years of experience in radio copywriting, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, innovation and effectiveness in driving marketing outcomes.
Excellent writing and communications skills, with ability to craft compelling stories and messages in a concise and impactful manner.
Strong understanding of brand voice and tone, the ability to adapt to different styles and audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
