**Purpose of the job**

**Skills and Attributes**
- Design and deliver Oracle HCM functional architecture strategy, with leading practices during transformations.
- Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goals.
- Lead testing and training programs during EBS to Cloud transformations
- Lead or support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the HCM solution.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, to consultants, clients and team members.
- Contribute ideals and developments to improving our dynamic internal market offerings
- Work with our pre-sales team to develop world-class solutions for our customers.
- Work with our technical resources to ensure wholistic delivery of the solution.
- Researching new technologies to optimize the current solutions, and to make them sustainable for the future.
- Fostering relationships with clients, to ensure ongoing collaboration and sustainability.
- Partner with our project managers to ensure that we deliver what we promised, on time.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, Human Resources or related field.
- 8 plus years’ experience with Oracle, at least five years of implementation experience as a strong Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Experience in an overall Integration Manager or Solution Architect role on mid to large scale projects.
- Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules.
- Experienced in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- An in depth understanding of Agile Project Methodologies. In addition, with Oracle Unified Method is a bonus.
- Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Experience presenting to large groups focused on Oracle solutions and functionality.
- Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation.
- A good understanding of the underlying and complementary technologies of the Oracle Cloud solution set.
- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
- General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and business assessment / strategy.
- Experience scoping and estimating Oracle implementation projects.
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
