We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced IT Lecturer to join our team in Braamfontein. This position offers a competitive hourly rate commensurate with qualifications and experience. The employment type is a fixed-term contract/independent contractor, and the work arrangement is on-campus.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in IT/Information Technology
Minimum of 1 year of teaching/lecturing experience
Previous experience delivering lectures both on-campus and online, preferably with hybrid (semi-remote/online) students

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver engaging and captivating lectures in the Diploma in IT program

Perform administrative tasks associated with courses and attend departmental meetings as required
Develop and enhance academic content, conduct research, and create new topics and teaching materials, including online resources
Participate in examination certification and promotion processes for learners
Conduct face-to-face lectures and facilitate contact sessions with distance learners
Maintain accurate student records and proactively monitor academic progress
Assist with general academic administration tasks
Provide student support during contact sessions with distance learners
