Hospitality Trainer

The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for the implementation and Facilitation of ongoing training at Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate. The Successful person will take up initiatives which will bring our clients and customers the ultimate 5* Standard.

Covering training across the estate.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, enhance and deliver training to ensure Benguela Cove 5* standards,

Facilitating all inductions for new and senior staff to ensure they are up and running with confidence

Assisting with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Create Management Development Program to ensure that we are leading from the top.
Work closely with senior leadership to identify risks early on,

Working closely with department heads to identify current staff in need of refresher trainings

Weekly reportings on training

Ensuring CPDs are sent to the relevant Department heads and uploaded

S ystems training on our various systems used

**Skills**

Must be computer literate

Positive attitude with a bubbly personality

Ability to engage with people and get the buy in
Hard working
Someone who take initiative

Hospitality experience required

Training experience ( Advantageous )
