The purpose of the position is to manage the day today branch operations taking full accountability and responsibility for the branch customer service, financial performance and staff motivation and skill to enable the achievement of monthly financial targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Strategize, plan and monitor to ensure that the financial targets set for the branch are achieved, and communicated with all staff.
- Ensure customer service management guidelines are implemented and adhered, so that we can ensure effective customer service and customer retention.
- Ensure effective office management, relating equipment, facilities, security and staff wellbeing.
- Ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place to mitigate business risks faced by the branch.
- Motivate, communicate, coach and delegate tasks to staff in order to meet the needs of the business and to ensure fast and effective customer service.
- Performance manage and train staff to achieve business targets and goals, included marketing campaigns and advertising at branch level.
- Uphold the Companies values and vision, and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of all employees at the branch.

NB: This placement can be located at any of our branches in surrounding area Delft, Makhaza, Shop 10, Shop2, Site B, Village, VPUU, Watergate will confirm allocated location at appointment.

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R6,500.00 per month
