**Job Description**:
Our company is searching for a talented and experienced trade tested welder. You will be responsible for ensuring that our company produces quality parts specific to engineering specifications and client standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate the welding machines safely and efficiently
- Read through engineering drawings before beginning your work
- Checking all material is correct before cutting (size and qty)
- Ensure that you are operating in accordance within company guidelines
- Adjust welding machine settings and make the necessary changes to produce improved results
- Manage and monitor quality and quantity of all parts produced as well as signing off on your own work
- Check your equipment on a daily basis to guarantee functionality
- Communicate any issues that may arise in the process of creating a part
- Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained
- Meet all deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a boilermaker will be an advantage, trade tested welder minimum
- Must be able to understand read and understand drawings
- Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude
- Strong comprehension and analytical abilities
- Good communication skills
- Own transport to and from work
- Able to work overtime if required
