**Tshipise Area - Limpopo**: Our client is looking for a Packhouse / Electrical Maintenance Manager to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant certificates and or diploma’s
- Agricultural background advantageous
- National standards for low and medium voltage, at a minimum 230v single phase, 400v 3 phase
- 3.3 kv, 6.6kv and 11kv (preferred)
- Electrical wiring in buildings
- Packhouse maintenance (preferred)
- Must be able to complete all design, purchasing, installation, testing and proof of compliance to standards.
- Strong maintenance/mechanical skills ON FARM
- Computer literate
- Ability to work well within a team
- Valid driver’s license

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Preparing plans and maintenance schedules in accordance with the warranty requirements for equipment to ensure equipment, machinery and packing line are maintained
- Installing, repairing and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Installing, repairing and maintenance of building electrical components
- Make recommendations for operational improvements
- Assists in controlling costs associated with the maintenance performed, supplies, and labour
- Preventing theft of all items including spare parts, consumables and tools as well as taking responsibility for the aforementioned
- Preparing spare parts lists and requisitions timeously.
- Manage stock levels of maintenance equipment and sundries
- Ensure compliance of Global Gap and other Audit requirements
- Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Collaborating with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports.
- Assists with other duties as assigned
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment, machinery, irrigation systems and packing line
- Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment, machinery, irrigation systems and packing line.
- Ensuring quality control on repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment, machinery, irrigation systems and packing line
- Performing general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment
- Ensuring that the office and workshops are kept clean and tidy
- Planning and scheduling of tasks to ensure that activities are completed within the required timeline
- Monitoring of staff and keeping control of overtime requirements
- Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Address time clocking queries.
- Coordinates and oversees completion of special projects.
- Conducts safety training meetings and ensures employees are working safely
