Ranger

We are looking to place Rangers at one of our Lodges. This is a superb position to kick start your career...Take a look what would be your tasks _

**_Key performance duties (KPA’s)_**
- Educate guests about nature’s eco
- systems, large and microscopic, whilst, instilling an intense appreciation for nature and conservation ethics.
- _Walk and/or drive guests in the game reserve whilst explaining and interpreting all the various elements of nature and wildlife around them._

**_ Duties_**
- Guided game drives to guests.
- Routine and preventative maintenance in and around the lodge,
- Reserve and game drive vehicle related administration
- Ranger’s related maintenance
- F&B function relating to allocation guests and other guest relations and
- Ad hoc services related duties.

**Soft skills; Must be**
- a people’s person
- love animals although you do respect the wild in their natural habitat, thus handling them cautiously.
- You are active and energetic
- **passionate about nature**

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- FGASA Level 1 (minimum)
- DEAT Registration
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid driver's license with valid public drivers' license

Prerequisites
- Min of 3 mnth exp
- Live in + meals on duty + Public Holiday Pay + Sunday pay + WiFi + laundry_
