RPO Recruitment is currently representing a leading Real Estate company based in Pretoria, who are seeking a skilled Town Planner to join their team.
The Town Planner will be responsible for managing and coordinating development projects, ensuring compliance with zoning and land use regulations, and maintaining relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research and analysis of relevant planning regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create comprehensive development plans
- Ensuring compliance with zoning and land use regulations
- Managing projects from conception to completion, including overseeing the planning and construction processes
- Maintaining relationships and communication with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in planning regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in town planning or related role
- Knowledge of relevant planning regulations and policies
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
