**Requirements**:

- **Must have an LLB Degree Qualification**:

- **Must be an admitted Attorney**:

- **Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is essential**:

- **Attention to detail is essential**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and work independently**:

- **Excellent Verbal and writing skills**:

- **Must be proactive**:

- **Must reside in Cape Town**

Salary will be discussed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Attorney: 3 years (preferred)
- Legal Documents: 3 years (preferred)
- Conveyancing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
