Job Title: Tiles & Bathroom Retail Showroom Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Tiles & Bathroom Retail Showroom Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring efficient functioning, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing environment. Experience in the retail industry is essential to excel in this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for customers.
- Conduct daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the showroom to maintain its pristine appearance.
- Oversee sales activities, monitor customer interactions, and intervene when necessary to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Assist customers in product selection by providing expert advice, addressing their inquiries and needs, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends related to tiles and bathroom fixtures, enabling effective customer guidance and accurate information provision.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process, including processing transactions, managing customer orders, and resolving any customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of showroom inventory, including stock levels, product specifications, and pricing.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products, resolve any delivery issues, and keep track of stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support showroom events, promotions, and product launches, ensuring proper display and signage.
- Monitor and report on showroom performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and showroom maintenance needs.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry, preferably in tiles, bathroom fixtures, or related home improvement sectors.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and address their needs professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours, as required by the showroom schedule.
