Tracking Controller

_**FLEET / TRACKING CONTROLLER**_

**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
As a controller, you will be responsible for all day-to-day monitoring and vehicle tracking, Turn by Turn expediting, event outcome updating, and clip review, through a process of shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year of our operation. You will be working 8-hour shifts daily as per the operational roster. From time to time, it might also be required to work additional hours more than the shift times to complete action items that were in progress at the time of shift end.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handling Safety, Efficiency and Critical tracking events
- Escalate tracking events as per the SOP.
- Escalate events received from Telematics Control Room
- Reporting and actioning any vehicle discrepancies, critical events, and/ or route deviations.
- Turn by Turn expediting.
- Tracking of Vehicles and Drivers
- First point of contact for Drivers on Route
- Compiling Incident report
- Reviewing and selecting outcomes of exception clips triggering
- Performing general administration duties to enable the operation of the center.
- Selecting outcome of events for coaching

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Reliable Transport (Ability to commute to work across all shifts)
- Able to work different shifts as per the Operational Roster.
- Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office Package
- Punctual, Professional, and disciplined.
- Sense of Urgency
- Matric

**SKILLS**
- Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, Accurate reporting.
- Must possess a sense of urgency.
- Professional verbal and written communication

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous Call Center / Tracking experience will be an advantage.

**HOW TO APPLY**:
**Salary**: R44.71 per hour
