Car Park Attendant

OUr Client a leader in the car rental space currently seeks a Car Park Attendant
- Parking Management:

- Efficiently manage the flow of vehicles in the car park, ensuring proper placement and organization for easy access and retrieval.
- Customer Assistance:

- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers, answering inquiries, and offering guidance on parking procedures.
- Security and Surveillance:

- Maintain a vigilant presence to deter unauthorized activities, conduct routine patrols, and report any security concerns promptly.
- Maintenance Checks:

- Perform regular checks on parking equipment, ensuring functionality and reporting any issues for timely resolution.
- Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, track occupancy levels, and generate reports as needed for management analysis.

**Education**:

- Matric or equivalent.
- Communication Skills:

- Effective verbal communication skills for assisting customers.
- Customer Service Experience:

- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Fitness:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Valid Driver license.
