**POSITION: Construction Project Manager**

We are a leading Tier 1 construction firm specialising in residential projects in Ireland. Currently, we seek a skilled and experienced **Construction Project Manager** to oversee residential projects, offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to play a key role in delivering high-quality residential developments.

**Salary and Benefits** = €100,000 + Healthcare, Expenses, Mileage, Commission

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Lead and coordinate all construction activities, including subcontractor management.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns.
- Foster positive relationships to enhance project collaboration.

**Budget and Cost Management**:

- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
- Monitor and analyse project financial performance.
- Implement cost-effective solutions and strategies to optimize project outcomes.

**Quality Control and Safety**:

- Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff and subcontractors.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10 Years Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on large Residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
