- **At least 3 years' experience in a Nursery Environment**:

- **Excel Proficiency**:

- Ability to work in a highly Pressurised environment
- **Valid Code 8 driver's license**:

- Nursery Production Management, Stock and Financial Control
- Nursery Management experience
- Nursery annual Planning
- Understanding of seedling and cutting production for commercial forestry
- Experience in dealing with external seedling suppliers

**Duties**
- To grow quality seedlings as per order received from plantations
- **Risk/Safety/FSC/SASGA requirements**:

- Personnel Management/ Development
- Administration
- **Compile monthly reports**:

- Draw up an annual budget
- Liaison with relevant stakeholders
- Building and equipment maintenance
- **To manage company Nursery to produce top-quality Eucalyptus and Pine Seedlings
