Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Entering new patient information and updating existing patient information on our system
- Scheduling or rescheduling appointments as needed
- Providing telephonic reminder of upcoming appointments
- Answering any patient queries, both telephonically and in person
- Communicating with medical aids for benefit confirmation and authorizations for patient treatment
- Performing general office duties
