- Prepare client files
- Process client queries and instructions
- Administer all products
- Available to assist clients 24/7
- Able to navigate and assist clients on CRM systems

**Qualifications**

Grade 12 qualification

RE 5 with Full Qualification / 120 FAIS Credits

5+ years relevant work experience within the short-term insurance industry

Proficient in both spoken and written Afrikaans and English

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Pay: R14 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
