**How you'll role**

**What you'll do**
- Ensure all content is clear, concise, and free of errors.
- Keep abreast of new copy concepts and trends within the field and present this thinking to the content team
- Be encouraged to ask questions and clarify expectations
- Be an inspirational role model for other team members
- Problem-solve and produce excellent solutions, when required, to problems that may arise on the project
- Continuously look at ways to mitigate risk on the project and add insight into ways to improve the running and implementation of projects

**What you'll need**
- A Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, International Relations, Information Technology, Law, Psychology, or similar
- 1 - 2 years of work experience as a proofreader/copy editor/junior copywriter or similar role
- Experience in writing and reviewing different kinds of copy and content
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in customer service and marketing-related roles
- A portfolio (beneficial)

Technical skills required
- An interest (willingness to learn) and competency in technology and relevant software
- To be analytical with strong research skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Good interpersonal skills, i.e. being comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
